Bookings
        •       All bookings are subject to availability
        •       We aim to arrive within the agreed time slot but delays may occasionally occur due to traffic or job overruns
        •       Accurate details must be provided when booking

Access & Parking
        •       Safe and reasonable access to the property must be provided
        •       Parking should be available nearby where possible
        •       Any parking charges may be added to the final invoice if applicable


Payments
        •       Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise
        •       We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments


Cancellations & Rescheduling
        •       At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
        •       Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
        •       No access on arrival may result in a call-out charge


Results Disclaimer
        •       We aim to achieve the best possible results on every clean
        •       However, some staining, wear, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed


Liability
        •       We take care when working in your property
        •       Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service
        •       Liability is limited to the value of the service provided
